As a Star Wars fan (as my username and past username obviously giveaway), I’m actually currently looking for some Star Wars villains who could qualify

Conan Antonio Motti and General Hux have both been suggested but I am not sure either of them counts.

Motti may have somewhat of a chance (I’m rewatching the series soon as a yearly tradition) and his stupidity is further shown in the Vader comics. Hux is definitely too intelligent and comedic though, with his death being his only real pathetic moment and he has no notable idiotic moments.
