Seems to be a bit of a stretch, but work with me here.. I think he is a more convincing candidate than the now former PPs, The Healthy Band.
Who is he?:

What makes him Pathetic?:
Although he is ultimately a lonely, friendless figure, his self-centered nature and constant need to be the center of attention at all times make him deeply unsympathetic and why he cannot make friends.
He was fired for harassment at the OK Stop Organization.
He unnecessarily projects himself onto Yellow Guy's situation when he was being cussed by his friends by saying 'there's nothing wrong with him, and there's nothing wrong with ME'.
When he tries to teach the trio about being bad friends, he claims that his old friends were not treating him right because they gave their attention to a cute bunny rather than to him.
When he agrees to get Yellow Guy out of his subconscious, he quickly becomes enamored with the latter's Brain Friends. He then puts himself at the center of attention again and demands that everyone listen to his podcast.
He mistreats Shy Imaginary Older Brother by yelling at him for the Wi-Fi password and makes him listen to his 'business strategies'. This was so much for Shy Imaginary Older Brother, that he commits suicide with a piece of glass to simply not listen to Warren anymore. Warren also shows no remorse for driving the Brain Friends away from Yellow Guy.
He tries to keep Yellow Guy in his mind by pursuing him into deeper layers of his subconscious. He later becomes a giant worm monster and tries to keep Yellow Guy in for good before getting impaled and pulled out by Duck (in a pathetically easy way, btw).
What makes him a Pinhead?:
Out of all the teachers, he lacks any charisma or musical talent and is unable to get the trio to listen or care about what he says. The trio even get together and make him of him for his looks.
He keeps telling everyone that he is an eagle who hasn't grown his wings, when it is painfully obvious that he is a worm. He also poorly scribbled his business card to make it say 'Warren the Eagle', instead of 'Warren the Worm'.
His presentation is very poorly made, and he made very visible last-minute scribbles on a few slides, trying to paint his old friends as 'bad friends'.
In the presentation, he meant to keep its 'main character' a secret to the trio (that it's actually him), but he makes it really obvious that he is talking about himself by making him look like him (blue cap and pink, pimply skin), and saying the story in first-person for a bit. Yellow Guy of all people was able to tell he was talking about him.
He is quickly manipulated by the trio into helping them get Yellow Guy out of his mind with the promise of a 'restaurant-style meal'.
When he is Yellow Guy's mind, he suddenly gets won over by the Brain Friends' good treatment of him and instantly forgets his goal of trying to get Yellow Guy out of his mind.
He tells Shy Imaginary Older Brother to tell him the Wi-Fi password on the wall, rather going there himself and reading it. Furthermore, Saturdavid kept telling him that his podcast has to be connected with BlueTooth, not Wi-FI, but Warren doesn't seem to listen.
He is unsuccessful in trying to get the Brain Friends to like him at all, despite literally giving him the attention or adoration on a silver platter, simply because he could not help himself not being adored for 5 seconds.
He is the least successful out of all the teachers (at least the ones who were hurt the trio in a way), and unlike some of the teachers who were killed by the trio (Coffin, Choo-Choo (on accident)..) they were at least able to garner the trio's attention and teach their vision about their subject for a bit. The trio completely ignore Warren's teachings, get away with making fun of him and ultimately kill him very easily.
Final Verdict: A Weak Yes, Because in hindsight, I do think some of his 'Pinhead' traits are 'Pathetic' instead, but I still think he could qualify.
