@Yomickayha382 in other words, J is the definition of Fake Mastermind and Fake Master Manipulator and even Fake Charismatic, it's no wonder I put her as an example of Fake Mastermind.
@Yomickayha382 Honestly, I don't think this is very preventative, PPs don't need to be lacking in competence (in the same way they cannot be too competent), J has become a better fighter but she's still below V and N, her choosing Absolute Solver's side isn't a good idea since Solver is a purely evil AI that would have gotten rid of her and done worse since Solver was... quite cruel.
I think J still qualifies.
Since King Runeard easily qualifies, any charisma he has is purely superficial, and when he reveals himself to be the scoundrel he is, no one will be on his side. Furthermore, his horrible actions overshadow any charm he has.
PPs don't necessarily have to be devoid of charisma, they just can't be too much.

He is a minor antagonist in The Thing comics (not the Fantastic Four, but the 1982 John Carpenter film) that takes place after the events of the film. He is a useless jerkass who suggests stupid ideas that would only make the team infected by the monster.

Carmine Falcone from Batman (Nolanverse): This guy is pathetic for sure, being presumptuous and a jerk who mocks Bruce's parents' death to his face, but he's not stupid. He had no way of knowing that Bruce would become Batman because of what he did, and he also had no way of knowing that Crane was the Scarecrow even though he mocks him.
