Alessi is a minor antagonist in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. He's a member of the 9 Glory Gods, a part of Agents of DIO. He was tasked to defeat and prevent the Stardust Crusaders from reaching Dio. He's a sadistic bully that likes to prey on things weaker than him and wields a powerful stand named Sethan which has the ability to de-age anyone it touches.
In the original Japanese, he was voiced by Masaya Onosaka in the anime and by Tsutomu Tareki in Capcom Fighters. He also was dubbed by Jon Allen in English and by Daniel Lacy in Latin American Spanish.
What Makes Him Pathetic?[]
- He enjoys preying on children, picking them out when they're alone and defenseless and beating them up just to satisfy his sadistic tendencies.
- He enjoys torturing Polnareff when he turns him into a child, using sadistic methods to try to kill him such as drowning him inside a bathtub.
- Attempts to kill a young lady for helping Polnareff by turning her into a fetus which would've killed her if she stayed outside a womb for too long.
- While he's admittedly played for laughs compared to most villains in the series, given that his incompetence stems from taking too much of his sweet time being a jerk and getting outwitted in the process, his kick the dog moments ultimately override any charm his comedic nature would bring even if he's not taken as seriously as other villains.
What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]
- He prefers to take things slow and sadistically torture Polnareff rather than using his stand to fully wipe him out of existence.
- In spite of disabling Polnareff's more powerful abilities and turning him into a small child, Polnareff still manages to survive long enough to be able to defeat him showing how incompetent Alessi is as a member of Dio's higher ranks.
- The fact that he has one of the most powerful stands in the series and doesn't even use it to its full potential shows how ineffective he is as a villain.
- While he couldn't have known that 10 years old Jotaro would still be strong enough to pummel him down into a silly mess, the more logical option for him to do would just be to wipe him out the plane of the Earth in the first place.
