Corrupt Officials

Pathetic Pinheads who are in a position of power but abuse that power and might possibly improperly use their position (or not know how to use their position). They can range from local-level organizations and government to a ruler of a big empire, and it is possible for a person to hold multiple positions of authority (such as being a president and general of a branch of the armed forces of a country at the same), but they can just as easily lose their position of authority if people can no longer be manipulated by them or a coup occurs against their regime. They sometimes lose their power due to someone exposing themselves, or they gave too much power to another person in a position of power who thereby removes the power from the person who gave them that power.
