Pathetic Pinheads who imprison others, usually against their will and will likely incarcerate others even when they are guilty just because they have a personal disdain for them or want population control by starvation. They may imprison falsely accused people yet let those obvious of crimes go off scot-free, increasing both their detestability and dimwittedness.
