Pathetic Pinheads who excel in some areas of intelligence. However, while not all wikis may consider them as complete imbeciles, their stupidity still FAR outweighs their moments of intellect to make them qualify under here due to their complete lack of common sense.

Examples include:

• Tighten despite usually being stupid, he could identify through Megamind letting slip his mispronounciation of Metro City that he was only disguised as Metro Man.
• Venom despite jumping back into the symbiote and causing his own death, he was successful at temporarily ruining Peter Parker's reputation at the Daily Bugle on his own, only for Peter to immediately find out those pictures are forged.
• Darkwing is good at racing (which was only disrupted by the Miners), however, he is an incompetent supervisor whose abuses end up hindering the miners' work, and he intended to physically harm a miner who was tired, which would worsen the situation.
• Scourge the Hedgehog: He is a skilled fighter but still makes stupid mistakes that harm and ruin his plans.
• Shogo Taguchi: Who is good at martial arts but terrible in every other category due to him making very unintelligent decisions.
