Pathetic Pinheads who get away with their crimes scot-free or they get inadequately punished for their crimes, sometimes outright never appearing again making it ambiguous of their offscreen/offpage fates.

Note: This is a caution category, as Karma Houdinis are usually too successful with getting away. However, they can count as PPs if they get away out of sheer luck and/or through dirty tricks such as cowardice.
