Scrappies

Pathetic Pinheads that are extremely hated by a majority of fans for unintentional reasons, usually these characters weren't meant to be a Pathetic Pinhead but ended being one due to poor writing (good examples being Monty de la Cruz and Mayor Scuttlebutt). though it is possible for a Hate Sink to be a Scrappy if they are hated for unintentional reasons (examples being Rosalina from The Koopa Kids and Dean Holbrook).
