Starvers

Pathetic Pinheads who prevent people from eating either as punishment or a form of death. Sometimes, these characters may purposefully cause a famine in an area because they either have a personal disdain for it or its people or they want to conquer it easier by killing their armed forces. Othertimes, these snooty dullards may cause widespread famishment in the area that they are leader or other high ranking government official of, but they themselves are likely to be well-nourished with a lack of regard to the starving citizens that surround them in that area, and this may lead to the toppling of their corrupt position of authority.
