Chazwick "Chaz" Thurman is a minor antagonist in the animated black comedy web series Helluva Boss, serving as the secondary antagonist of the second season's third episode, "Exes and Oohs". He was the ex-boyfriend of both Moxxie and Millie, and he planned on trying to manipulate Crimson, Moxxie's father, into forcing Moxxie to marry him even though Moxxie was already married just so he could join the mafia family.
He was voiced by Eric Schwartz.
What Makes Him Pathetic?[]
- He abandoned Moxxie after a bank heist went wrong despite the fact they were dating at the time.
- He tries to force Moxxie to marry him after he's already moved on and married Millie.
- He has a lack of self-awareness, sexually harassing Moxxie assuming he could seduce him, and when it fails, he tries to sexually harass Millie instead, only to fail miserably.
- After sleeping with Blitzo, Blitzo finds out that Chaz isn't actually rich, so Chaz sedates him and locks him in his trunk.
- Practically every single character in the world of the show he's met utterly despises him for one reason or another.
- While incredibly comedic, the comedy solely exists to mock Chaz and show how utterly pathetic he is.
What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]
- He is terrible at planning ahead. While he does manipulate Crimson, this was only because he's about as dumb as he is and it only worked in the short term, and had he actually married Moxxie, Crimson soon would've found out that Chaz lied when he couldn't present any of the money he claimed to have, and considering Crimson is a mafia boss, Chaz would've likely ended up dead either way. While he also does manage to successfully sedate Blitzo, likely having prepared the sedative ahead of time and stalked Blitzo to find out if he was trying to check on him, he simply locks him in his trunk and walks away instead of just killing Blitzo, which ultimately leads to Blitzo exposing Chaz's lies and getting him killed.
- He is completely unable to tell that Moxxie and Millie are no longer interested in him, constantly sexually harassing them.
- On a paper stating his plan, he misspells "master" as "mastur" and fails to use an apostrophe in "I'm", showing his inability to spell properly, and has no clue how he'll profit in any way from marrying Moxxie, just stating it will happen as the final step.
- The fact he had a paper stating his plan that was easily accessible and could be found in his trunk also shows his stupidity and inability to plan for future events.
