Officer Eddie Pulaski is a major antagonist in the 2004 video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the seventh installment of the Grand Theft Auto video game series.

He is a police officer of the Los Santos Police Department and the co-leader of C.R.A.S.H., serving as the personal right-hand man of Frank Tenpenny. By 1992, Pulaski helps Tenpenny in his scheme to take over the city's criminal underworld by pitting the Grove Street Families against the Ballas with Big Smoke's help while blackmailing Carl Johnson for their own ends.

He was voiced by the late Chris Penn.

What Makes Him Pathetic?

• He is the right-hand man of Frank Tenpenny, comitting the same atrocities as him, and assissting in his plans.
• It was implied that he tormented CJ before the events of the game.
• He made a partnership with the Ballas, to sell coccaine turning rival gangs and other people into addicts.
• He and Tenpenny made Big Smoke betray Groove Street, wich resulted indirectly in Ryder following Big Smoke.
• He and Frank Tenpenny killed CJ's mother Beverly Johnson wich he and Tenpenny show no remorse for.
• He forced Jimmy Hernandez to kill Ralph Pendelburry, threatening to kill him if he didn't, and framing CJ for it, thus starting the events of GTA San Andreas.
• He caused many gang wars along with Tenpenny, wich caused many people to die.
• He and Tenpenny set up an ambush where Sweet gets arrested, and CJ gets taken far away from Los Santos.
• He forced CJ to dig two graves, one for Hernandez, and for CJ, by killing Hernandez, and CJ burying him up, wich resulted later in his well deserved death.
• He is very racist to Latinos and Black people.

What Makes Him A Pinhead?

• When he joined Tenpenny's C.R.A.S.H. unit he sees him as a mentor, not knowing that Tenpenny could betray him, and that Tenpenny was a selfish man who only cared for himself which is shown when Tenpenny didn't care about him nor Big Smoke's death.
• His biggest intelligence flaw is his blind trust in Tenpenny, because Pulaski sees him as a real friend despite Tenpenny himself already telling him that this feeling isn’t mutual. It’s so obvious that Tenpenny doesn’t see anyone as a friend and only tolerates those who are useful for him, that even CJ tries to warn him.
• His anger issues cause him to be extremely reckless and stupid, such as attempting to kill CJ many times out of rage, amd even saying that: "Tenpenny tried to save him" wich was obviously a lie. And to top this, his recklessness is the reason why so many people have evidence on the CRASH unit's crimes.
• Before CJ kills him, he pervertedly asked: "Can I fuck your sister?" which resulted in a furious CJ killing him, when CJ could have spared him had he not asked that question.

• He is the only GTA Pathetic Pinhead to be from GTA San Andreas.
• He and Eddie Low are the only GTA Pathetic Pinheads to be Near Pure Evil.
  • Ironically, both of them share the same first name.
• He and Beverly Felton are the only GTA villains not to be from the GTA IV trilogy.
