Psh. That's pathetic, and you guys are too soft.
~ Jack’s message in the ending book in the third story.

Jack Gladio is a supporting antagonist in the Inkopolis Chaos Trilogy. He serves as a major antagonist in Inkopolis Chaos, and a cameo character in Inkopolis Chaos 3. He is Scarlet Spiker’s most loyal henchman and does pretty much anything she says.

What Makes Him Pathetic?[]

  • He helps Scarlet bully others, and bullies other people for his own amusement.
  • He helped beat Samuel up in a forest in an ambush.
  • He helped beat an innocent inkling into a coma and helped Scarlet frame the protagonists for it.
  • He, James and Jess threw Natalie off a cliff, which would’ve killed her if Samuel and Ruby didn’t show up.
  • He, James and Jess kidnapped Natalie so Scarlet could torture her.
  • He is the only one of Scarlet’s henchmen who didn’t ditch Scarlet when Scarlet threatened to slit Jesses throat, showing how he has no regard for James or Jess, and was blindly loyal to Scarlet.
  • He is explicitly racist to octolings from start to finish.

What Makes Him A Pinhead?[]

  • He messed up when making a fake octoling costume that was used to frame Natalie and the others by exaggerating how it looked, which allowed the heroes to prove their innocence, which got all 4 of Scarlet’s gang wanted by the police.
  • When tying up Natalie, the rope was weak enough that Natalie could slip out using her octoling form if she was rescued, which she was. He could've used either a heavier rope or tied a metal ball to her foot to make her fall faster, which would have gotten her killed, and Samuel too since he jumps after her.
  • Scarlet heavily implies that he has messed up many times before, as shown by her villainous breakdown in front of all 3 of her henchmen, screaming that they were all dimwits. While this may be Scarlet being ungrateful, she does have a point. She wouldn't be so angry at her gang if they didn't mess up so much, so it's implied that Jack and the others have screwed up on multiple occasions.
  • The fact that he didn’t ditch Scarlet in jail unlike the others shows either how blindly loyal he is to Scarlet and can’t think on his own, or that he is a coward that was too scared to ditch her.
  • He didn’t behave well in prison at all, unlike James and Jess who got their sentence reduced for good behavior. His behavior apparently got worse after Scarlet’s death. He could have easily faked good behavior and used it to escape, but instead he just acts aggressive and hostile.
