Livy is the overarching antagonist of the The Rookie episode "April Fools". She is a former intern at LAPD that ends up causing a riot in the city after her April Fools pranks cause extreme damage to the city.

She is portrayed by Kayla Maisonet.

What Makes Her Pathetic?[]

  • She uses the official LAPD social media account to post April Fools jokes, such as claiming you can use a "Get Out of Jail Free" card to escape an arrest, that all unpaid parking tickets can be cleared, and eventually one saying that all crime would be legal for three hours in a Purge-like scenario.
  • She is disrespectful towards everyone she works with, as she keeps her feet on her desk, ignores Bradford's orders, and even laughs off his advice.
  • She decides to post the Purge post after being fired, simply to be petty.
  • She only apologizes after being arrested, and even then she still doesn't accept full responsibility for the damage done, claiming that she didn't think anyone was going to take it seriously, despite all the warnings Bradford gave her.
  • Overall, Livy is indirectly responsible for possibly hundreds of deaths, thousands of injuries, and millions of dollars worth of property damage.

What Makes Her a Pinhead?[]

  • Despite somehow obtaining an internship at the LAPD, all she ends up doing is making everyone's job harder with her extremely dumb April Fools posts.
  • She refuses to take the April Fools posts down despite being told to by Bradford because she believes that she will be cancelled if she is caught deleting posts.
  • Even though people already fell for her first two posts, she still decides to post the Purge one, thinking that no one would take it seriously.
  • When she ends up being caught in the riot that she started, she calls Bradford for help, and has the audacity to actually be surprised when he arrests her.
