Nacho is the main antagonist of the 2009 film, Bullying. He is a cruel bully who intimidades the protagonist Jordi and does everything to torment him until he commits suicide in final of film.
He is portrayed by Joan Carles Suau.
What Makes Him Pathetic?[]
- He puts laxative in the water bottle and passes it to Jordi and later when he tries to use the bathroom, Nacho and the others stop him and film him defecating in his pants, humiliating him.
- He lies to Jordi that his birthday would be on Saturday, when in reality he just wanted to torment him by forcing him to drink alcohol and smoke, in the end he points a gun at his face, scaring him even though he didn't intend to shoot.
- Before basketball practice, Nacho teases him about the previous event and when Jordi tries to fight back, he and his gang attack Jordi.
- After basketball practice, Nacho and his gang take him to the bathroom where Nacho urinates on him.
- He breaks Jordi's dog's paw just to show what he was capable of.
- He tries to make Jordi have sex with a prostitute even though he clearly doesn't want to and then tries to suffocate him with a plastic bag just because he punched him in the face twice, which he deserved.
- He threatens to post a video showing Jordi being bullied on the Internet if Jordi's mother continues to show up at school, all to silence him.
- After Bruno (Jordi neighbor) threatens him to stop bullying, he points the gun at Jordi thinking about shooting but decides not to at the last second.
- Angry at being threatened by Bruno, Nacho planned to throw a dumbbell at Jordi's neck but backed out at the last second.
- His actions are so bad that even other bullies in his class are horrified as shown at some points in the film.
- When Bruno threatens him to stop abusing Jordi, Nacho loses his tough guy attitude and becomes pathetically cowardly and whiny when someone physically dominates him.
- Overall he is an extremely despicable and repulsive bully who strives to make Jordi's life a living hell which ultimately results in Jordi's suicide, leaving many characters sad and distraught over his death especially his mother.
What Makes Him Pinhead?[]
- He sometimes abuses Jordi in public places where everyone could see, it is just luck or a miracle that no one had seen it before, even his neighbor discovers with little effort the abuse he was suffering.
- He makes no attempt to hide his bullying as he leaves clear bruises that make others quickly realize that there is something wrong with Jordi, he just keeps him quiet out of fear and this doesn't work for long as his attempts to keep him silent only creates evidence of the bullying against him.
- Threatening reatening to post the video and photos showing the bullying and humiliation he was doing to Jordi on the internet is not a good idea: since Jordi could use the video as evidence to prove the bullying he was suffering at school and expose Nacho, since it is clear that the sender of the video is Nacho and there were students who knew about his abuse, this does not happen because Jordi decides to keep quiet so as not to cause problems for his mother.
- He almost commits murder on impulse and almost kills Bruno and then Jordi in two moments: one is when he aims at him with his gun and another is when he intends to throw a dumbbell at his head he only gives up at the last second, this does not change the fact that he intended to kill Jordi on impulse. If he had killed Jordi, it would easily be attributed to him since there were people who knew about the bullying he practiced on him like his neighbor and other students.
- Overall he barely has any self-control as he almost commits actions that could backfire on him more quickly, and he doesn't hide his bullying towards Jordi very well, the reason he wasn't caught sooner is because Jordi refused to say anything because he didn't want to worry his mother.
