Pathetic Pinhead Wiki

Orlen is a minor antagonist in the Namek Saga of Dragon Ball Z. He is one of Frieza's minions who tried to help gather the Namekian Dragon Balls so that Frieza could gain immortality.

He was voiced by Kazumi Tanaka in Dragon Ball Z and Yusuke Numata in Dragon Ball Z Kai in the Japanese version, and by Chris Cason in Dragon Ball Z and Chris Patton in Dragon Ball Z Kai in the English dubbed version.

What Makes Him Pathetic?[]

  • Like every other Frieza Force Soldier, it's very likely he contributed to wiping out multiple alien races and selling their planets for profit.
  • He tries to help Frieza obtain the Namekian Dragon Balls so he can gain immortality.
  • He planned on wiping out an entire Namekian village once he found its Dragon Ball. After it was already destroyed by Vegeta and a surviving Namekian that was injured begged him for help, Orlen very cruelly murdered him in cold blood.
  • Unlike most villains, he has no comedic qualities and the only thing likable about him is that he has no signs of disloyalty to Frieza.

What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]

  • Him thinking he could take on the Namekians protecting the Dragon Balls is rather stupid, as only 3 of them were powerful enough to take out an entire wave of Frieza Force soldiers. If Vegeta hadn't killed them, it's safe to say Orlen would've gotten creamed.
  • When he kills the injured Namekian, he doesn't even stop to think that he should ask him where the Dragon Ball is, considering that he was the only Namekian still alive and knew where the Dragon Ball was.
  • When reporting what he did to Frieza, he foolishly admits the previously mentioned crime, which results in Frieza rightfully calling him an imbecile and giving him well-deserved karma by killing him.
