This is a list of villains deemed not Pinheaded or Pathetic enough to qualify as a Pathetic Pinheads. If you want to know more about the qualifications for a Pathetic Pinheads, take a look at the Pathetic Pinhead criteria.
Characters who fail the Pathetic Pinheads criteria generally fall under three different categories:
- Not Pathetic Enough: These characters are not completely contemptible. Either they have positive traits that make them more sympathetic, or they have entertainment value that makes them more likeable. They may also possess a sufficient level of charisma where they are able to manipulate others by faking a pleasant demeanor. PPs lack charisma and are generally unable to manipulate anyone.
- Not Pinhead Enough: These characters are either not inept or unintelligent enough to qualify. They may possess a special skill or talent, or they may have a few moments where they demonstrate that they are at least somewhat intelligent.
- Some Combination: These characters lack both of the qualities of being hateable and unintelligent, or are insufficient in those qualities in either category.
Note that these categories may not always be mutually exclusive, and a character may fall under two or more of them. If a characters falls under two or more sections, then list them under all sections and for each section explain why they fall under that category.
DO NOT add a page on ANY of the following characters on this list. However, if you want to add someone to the list whom you think shouldn't have a page to be added use the talk page.
NOTE: When suggesting someone to be added to this list, please offer an adequate explanation as to why they are not a Pathetic Pinheads. Entries that do not adequately address such reasons will not be added.
List of Disallowed Pages
Not Pathetic Enough
- Big Jack Horner: Though he has done things detrimental to his own plan of obtaining the wish star, and even ending his own life due to his own apathy, how heinous he is portrayed while doing these things are ultimately played for comedy for audiences to endear the character.
- Copper (Pretty Blood): While him along with Rinny being responsible for Elma becoming a unstoppable monster and him being the reason why Rinny got away with her crimes would normally get a character on here, he's only truly pathetic in actions and not personality has he's shown to be genuinely nice to the other victims of Rinny's torture cabin and even saved them from their torture with him even helping them tie Rinny up.
- Don Eladio: While a Pure Evil Hate Sink, he is way too successful to qualify as he ran the Cartel for 30 years with no one trying to stand up to him and he has a charming and faux affably evil personality.
- Dude Monkey: He ultimately redeems himself by helping to defeat Machiavillain without any pragmatic reasons.
- Gaston LeGume: He has been shown to be a very influential figure in his village, such as being able to bribe Monsieur D'arque into taking Maurice to the local mental asylum to blackmail Belle into marrying him, but when the Beast is revealed to be real and not an illusion created from Maurice, he convinces the villagers to go to the castle to murder him.
- Minoru Mineta: Is On & Off with him being a genuine hero at times despite his perverted nature.
- Greg Heffley (Diary of a Nice Guy): His incompetence depends on the ending of the work, along with the fact that he redeems himself in two of the three endings.
- Scratch and Grounder: While the both of them are incredibly incompetent and dumb, they are played for laughs all the time and have no moments of being incredibly heinous.
- The Villain (How villains be always reveling there schemes to the heroes): Is a joke character whose only pathetic qualities are his actions are arrogance which are played too much for laughs to be here.
Not Pinhead Enough
- Amber Freeman: Her sadism is more hateable than stupid. Plus, her only unintelligent act was trying to fake an injury after being unmasked.
- Angela (Stranger Things): Lacks any unintelligent feats and has no way of knowing Eleven would attack her as revenge. She is also able to effectively organize an entire skating rink prank in a matter of minutes, which requires a lot of quick thinking, planning and strategy.
- Azulon: He ruled the Fire Nation with an iron fist and led several successful conquests. His killing order for Zuko is part of a loyalty test, and Azulon's death and usurpation to the hands of his son Ozai (who's also no saint) was due to circumstance, not stupidity.
- Byron Hadley: Though he is not particularly smart and the only reason why he is successful in abusing inmates is because of his position as a prison guard, he never shows any moments of incompetence or stupidity either, and he and Norton are able to cover up the corruption that occurs in Shawshank for decades.
- CJ Winkle (SuperMarioLogan): His poor lying isn't enough to make him a pinhead, especially since he was able to escape karma for a decade. Not to mention, he can't stand out in comparison to other idiotic SML characters.
- Debt Collector (Chainsaw Man): He's a high-ranked and well-respected mob boss, and at least managed to avoid a comeuppance for a few years.
- Francis (SMG4): While his comedy does not detract from how pathetic he is, he was willing to do horrible acts like kidnapping Inklings without remorse, murdering Desti to traumatize Meggy, and is straight up heartless about what would happen to the Inklings. Overall, he's not unintelligible enough to count.
- Gray's Mother: Her only dumb act was burning Gary's ant farm on a field of grass. And although she failed to end Gary's obsession of ants, it only makes her more pathetic and less of a pinhead.
- Homelander (DEATH BATTLE!): Not unintelligent enough and had no way of knowing Omni-Man was much more powerful than him.
- Jeffery Fecalman: Not unintelligent enough, especially by Family Guy standards. Additionally, he is able to get away with his abuse for a long time and even nearly outsmarts Quagmire and his friends by remaining cautious on their camping trip.
- Mr. de la Cruz: Like Jeffrey Fecalman, he doesn't do enough unintelligent acts, and its likely he didn't know his son Monty was going to beat him with a nightstick. And to really top it off, he's a Karma Houdini since he remains unpunished for abusing Monty, which is ironic considering that the latter did receive a comeuppance for his rape of Tyler Down, resulting in Monty being murdered in prison.
- Nancy (SuperMarioLogan): While unintelligent from an educational standpoint, she has many intelligent feats in her attempts to earn her 5 million dollars that cause her to pose a threat and almost succeed in her goals multiple times.
- Patrick Bateman: While he'd normally be unintelligent enough to qualify, everyone else in the narrative is as equally stupid and vapid as him, to the point of not realizing that he's a serial killer despite it being blatantly obvious and him randomly dropping hints towards them.
- The Healthy Band: Their bad teachings are clearly intentional, along with the fact that they’re manipulators.
- The Merchant (The Owl House): Attempting to scam the Clawthorne sisters is rather circumstantial, since there's implication that he didn't know who they are.
- William Afton (original): The springlock failure that killed him in the first place didn’t occur out of stupidity, as he didn’t know that there was water dripping from a pipe that was above him that was hardly visible. His actions throughout the series also left horrifying aftershocks even after his death.
- William Afton (2023): His only stupid act was kidnapping Mike’s brother, Garrett, in front of him, and all of his other actions are too complex to be considered dumb, like attempting to stage Mike’s death to the animatronics under the false alias "Steve Raglan" for example. And just like his video game counterpart, he is not as incompetent as he seems to be.
Some Combination
- Adam (Hazbin Hotel): For all of his stupidity, he’s far too laughably evil to count, even if it doesn’t detract his villainy. On top of this, he's competent in fighting and can be a genuine threat.
- Bacon General: His master manipulation, along with committing a genocide on many innocent Guests and players overshadows his pettiness.
- Chloé Bourgeois: She was able to effectively take over Paris three times, and also has a questionable Freudian Excuse.
- Dr. Robotnik (AOSTH): Though he is known for his constant blunders in the show, there are also several instances in the show where he comes close to succeeding, such as when he acquires the four Chaos Emeralds in the Quest for The Chaos Emeralds four-parter, becoming a fearsome giant. Additionally, his antics are purely played for comedy.
- Infinite (Sonic Forces): He has too many evil is cool moments and almost succeeded in his plans with them only failing in the very end.
- Paisley Paver: While she did started off as a hateful dimwit, she eventually redeemed herself after she found the true beauty of nature by the Kratt brothers.
- Ramsay Bolton: Though he generally prioritizes sadistically committing evil over self-preservation, he can be cunning and is occasionally able to think on his feet whenever he needs to. He also has too much charisma to qualify.
- William "Wild Bill" Wharton: Despite ultimately being a Hate Sink for his actions, he serves as a pseudo-comic relief character for the majority of the story. His dimwittedness is also most likely a facade, and he is fairly cunning as demonstrated by the multitude of creative tricks he employs against the prison guards.
Disallowed Franchises
- Among Us: All of the characters’ actions depend on the player’s choices, along with having an ambiguous personality.
