Here, describe how the candidate is unintelligent. You can describe how they are ignorant, how they mess up their own plans, or how they frequently overestimate their competence. If they do have brief moments of brilliance, tell us how those moments are overshadowed by their general stupidity.
Does the villain lack charisma?
Here, tell us whether your candidate has any charisma. Explain to us why any faux affability the villain may have is superficial. Also, tell us whether your candidate uses faux affability to exploit others, and describe how competent they are at manipulating others. If they are successful at manipulating anyone, tell us how this manipulation is overshadowed by their incompetence.
Is the villain incompetent? If they are successful, how do they succeed in their goals?
Here, tell us how much success (or lack thereof) the candidate has in their goals. If they are successful in one or more of their goals, tell us how they managed to succeed, and explain why they normally would not have been successful in their goal(s).
Is the villain hatable?
Here, describe the personality traits and actions that make the villain so despicable.
