Rufus is a supporting antagonist of the 2023 superhero series Gen V, a spinoff of the 2019 series The Boys.
Rufus uses his powers for the worst, he uses them to take advantage of women by raping them, this leads to him being hated by all.
He was portrayed by Alexander Calvert.
What Makes Him Pathetic?[]
- He is an egotistical spoiled brat, and a coward who only cares about his reputation and popularity, even making sure to get a good film when he sees someone dying.
- He is a serial rapist who uses his powers to get women close to him, so he can brainwash them and force them to consent into having sex with him, then taking them to his room. He has an established pattern of doing this to multiple girls, with Cate having been raped by him and him trying to rape Marie onscreen (though this fails and he gets his penis blown up when Marie wakes up as Jordan bashes on his door).
- He gathers up his friends to laugh at Golden Boy's suicide, which luckily leads to Cate brainwashing him and forcing him to scream Jumanji while hitting his baseball bat with a dick for several hours straight.
- He runs away like a huge coward when he is confronted by the cast when they see him and begs for mercy for raping Cate. He spends his next few days hiding like a coward.
- He is also reduced to a blubbering mess when Andre is about to kill him.
- He is a blatant asshole to anyone outside his close friend group as when a man asks him if he’s a dupe, he just says "no shit."
- He also makes terrible cringey livestreams of him singing Desperado for views.
- He cares more about getting views for his stream than the lives of others as his immediate reaction to a string of campus murders is to start filming it to boost his popularity.
- He is also a Social Darwinist and supremacist since he believes his superpowers make him superior to humans.
What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]
- He barely even tries to cover up his crimes despite having the ability to do so, which ruins his reputation.
- He also tried to rape Marie and since he’s a known rapist, he got followed to his room (not even a private location) which led to him being tracked down and when Marie woke up, she blew up his penis.
- He is genuinely surprised from this and absolutely doesn’t learn anything. Raping Supes is a extremely stupid thing to do especially if you don’t have a backup plan for if they wake up and he most likeky knew how powerful Marie is since she was all over the news.
- He constantly creates incriminating evidence against himself, like when he brainwashed Marie and her friends, he took them to his house party, which would lead to him getting caught on video with them, so he couldn’t lie about where he was. This leads to him being caught and having to run away when confronted by them. He almost gets killed by an enraged Andre thanks to his stupidity.
- When he sees a campus riot and mass murder spree right in front of his eyes, he is more concerned about getting a good video rather than prioritizing his own safety.
