Customer: Where's my drink?
SpongeBob: What drink?
Customer: My drink!? My diet Dr. Kelp? Don't
tell me you forgot my drink!
SpongeBob: But, you didn't order any...
Customer: How am I supposed to eat
this pizza without MY DRINK?!
SpongeBob: But... but...
Customer: Didn't you ever once think of the customer?! You call yourself a delivery boy?! WELL, I AIN'T BUYING!!!
~ The customer criticizing SpongeBob for "forgetting" his drink despite not ordering one.

The Customer is a one-shot character from "Pizza Delivery" in the TV show SpongeBob SquarePants. He is a customer that ordered a Krabby Patty Pizza, but upon not seeing the Dr. Kelp he supposedly ordered, he ends up hypocritically chewing SpongeBob for not "thinking about the customer" before slamming his door on SpongeBob's face and not even paying for it. He gets some comeuppance when Squidward throws the pizza in the face, stating that "this one's on the house".

He was portrayed by Mr. Lawrence.

What Makes Him Pathetic?[]

  • He is very hypocritical and ungrateful. When SpongeBob goes through his notepad to see if he has ordered a Diet Kelp, and notes he hasn't, he chews SpongeBob out for not having his drink, accusing him for not "thinking about the customer". His anger and abuse over this is notable enough to have his spit flying at SpongeBob. He also refuses to pay the pizza that SpongeBob and Squidward risked their lives to deliver it to him.
  • During the midst of his rant, he rudely shoves the pizza back at SpongeBob and slams the door at his face. Over such a minor inconvenience, he was so cruel to SpongeBob he broke into tears from it, which managed to rightfully enrage Squidward.
  • When Squidward walks over to deliver the pizza once again, the Customer angrily informs Squidward he still won't pay for the pizza. Squidward, upon hearing this, declares "this one's on the house!" before throwing it at the Customer's face and forcing him to eat every bite.
  • While his insolence is so over-the-top, it's never shown to have a light-hearted tone, as he's portrayed solely to be despised.

What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]

  • He is negligent. He ends up calling the Krusty Krab at night for a pizza, but not only does he not realize the Krusty Krab, one of the most popular restaurants in the city, is closed, but the restaurant doesn't even serve pizza. If it wasn't for Mr. Krabs' greed, his order wouldn't have been done in the first place.
  • Before he reveals his ungratefulness, as soon as he opens the door, he half-heartedly asks, "Yeah?" This moment implies forgetfulness. If SpongeBob never opened his door, he may not have remembered his order.
  • He gets angry at SpongeBob for not giving him a drink with his pizza, despite the fact that he never ordered one to begin with. Even if he really did (considering he may have said something before Mr. Krabs hung up), he should've just called back and made sure they didn't forget the drink.
  • The Krusty Krab is literally only several meters from his house but he orders the pizza for delivery rather than just getting it himself.

Trivia[]

  • He's one of two characters from SpongeBob SquarePants to be a Pathetic Pinhead, the other being Lord Royal Highness.
  • He's the cartoon background icon of PP wiki.
