Yeah, you heard what I said. You people never tip. Frankly, I'm sick and tired of it.
~ The waiter to James.

The Waiter is the main antagonist of the SoulSnack video "Angry Waiter Spits In Black Police Captain's Food. Shocking Ending".

He is portrayed by Jacob Lee Bereson.

What Makes Him Pathetic?[]

  • He is rude towards potential customers of the burger joint he works at.
  • He attempts to leave work early despite there still being customers.
  • He bullies Captain James Porter and his son throughout the entire time they come to eat at his restaurant, frequently making disrespectful and sarcastic remarks.
  • He goes on a racist vent about how James is black and no one ever tips him, much to the police officer's disgust.
  • After his angry tantrum, he grossly spits in a burger before serving it to James out of pettiness, and had it not been for James' son stopping him, he would have gotten sick.
  • He pathetically tries to defend himself when James' son shows him the video of the waiter spitting in his burger out of spite, which culminated in his well-deserved defeat.

What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]

  • He claimed that the outdoor restaurant is closed when James and his son got there, even though it actually closes at 2 o'clock and when they came to eat at the restaurant, the time was 1:30pm, showing he doesn't know when his own restaurant opens and closes.
  • He overcooked James' burger, giving him a chance to write a bad review on the restaurant's website and tarnish his reputation.
  • He spits on James' burger when the latter's son was filming it to use as evidence against him committing food tampering, and when the police captain sees the video of the waiter spitting in his meal, he tries to escape the consequences of his actions by falsely claiming it's not him and pathetically adding that he would never spit on someone's food in a defensive tone, which significantly weakens his argument and successfully enables James to arrest him.
    • Even worse, the fact that the waiter spat on a police officer's burger shows that he easily risked his job and his goal was doomed to fail either way.
