What is the work[]
Wings of Fire is a book series written by Tui T. Sutherland. It is a dark-ish fantasy series about dragons dealing with problems such as wars, tyrannical rulers, etc.
Who is he?[]
Whirlpool is the main antagonist of the second book in the Wings of Fire series. He is a SeaWing aka sea dragon and a scribe under Queen Coral.

Is He Pathetic[]
ABSOLUTELY YES
He is a goddamn slimeball with no redeeming qualities and “Jabba table manners”. He is greedy and only wants to be king for no good reason. The author seemed to write him to be as hateable as possible, with her using exclusively negative descriptions regarding him.
Worst of all and most notoriously, he wanted to marry Princess Tsunami or Princess Anemone, who are both dragonets (which is a dragon’s equivalent to a human minor) when he is a literal adult, likely middle aged.
Lastly, he attacked Tsunami all because she didn’t like his teachings, which weren’t even the slightest of adequate.
What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]
First of all, he’s a horrible teacher. When he explained the “aquatic” language (a language basically like morse code) to Tsunami, he just forced her to copy him and didn’t even explain the meanings.
Second of all, him getting favour from Queen Coral is likely due to social class. Also, Queen Coral isn’t smart, like at all. Therefore, he’s a weak manipulator.
Moreover, he has no charisma. Neither of the princesses showed a teensy bit of interest in him, ultimately making him a “Prince Charmless”.
Lastly, he failed his goals and is very incompetent.
Migrating Factors[]
Absolutely none. He doesn’t even have a single comedic quality and his death was for pure satisfaction.
