PP Proposal: Clarence Little (GTA IV)

My first PP proposal, and I think this guy is a strong Pathetic Pinhead candidate, despite only being a minor character.

What's the Work?

Grand Theft Auto IV is a 3rd person action adventure open world game developed by Rockstar Games and was released in 2008. The premise takes place in Liberty City, which is based on New York City, where our main protagonist, Niko Bellic, illegally migrates into in order to seek revenge on someone who betrayed him in the past.

Who's the Character?

Clarence Little is a minor antagonist of GTA IV. He is drug dealer who threatened to expose Commissioner Francis McReary's corruption. In the mission Holland Nights, Francis had ordered Niko to kill Clarence in order to keep his career, as well as Francis lacks a solid evidence to arrest him.

What Makes Him Pathetic?

• While it was not explored, it was implied by Francis that Clarence had been pimping women.
• When he noticed Niko is out to kill him, he cowardly tried to run away while he leave his men to do the dirty work for him.
• When finally confronted Niko on the apartment rooftop, he cowardly begs Niko to spare his life at the last second, despite sending his men to kill. This also shows he lacks any care for the lives he had wasted.
• He would also lie to Niko that he would reform and try to live a normal life.

What Makes Him a Pinhead?

• If Niko chooses to spare Clarence, they would later encounter again and the latter thought it would be good idea to take a really petty revenge on Niko, simply for "making him beg".
• Unlike Brian Jeremy (who at the very least, tries to set up an ambush on Johnny, even though it was obvious), Clarence had no thought-out plan to kill Niko as he only has a pistol and no backup.
• He is so arrogant that he thinks he can take out Niko on his own despite knowing that the latter had eliminated his entire gang by myself.

Final Verdict

I'll let you guys decide. Also, I am planning to propose another GTA IV character as a PP, that one guy who is stupid enough to trust and make a deal with Dimitri Rascalov.
