Well, we are here, my reproposal on Ivan Landsness.

What's The Work?
Saw IV is the fourth film in the Saw franchise it was released on October 25, 2007, the films main protagonist is Daniel Rigg, a SWAT Officer who is dedicated to the Jigsaw case, leading him to going into various locations and be part of Jigsaw's tests.
Who Is He and What Did He Do?
Ivan Landsness is the minor antagonist of the film, he is a obese man and serial rapist who loves dogs and brutally raping woman, he's also the victim of The Bedroom Trap.
Is He Pathetic?
Yes, yes he is.
- He is a serial rapist who brutally rapes woman and beats them to near death.
- He takes pictures and videos of his crimes to masturbate.
- He used his lawyer to help get away with his crimes and not face any punishment by the law.
- He cowardly lies to Riggs about paying for his crimes despite not serving any jail time at all.
- While his death is brutal it isn't played for sympathy due to his disgusting crimes.
- While other characters do worse things his lower resources and burial crimes are enough to make him one of the most evil characters in the franchise.
What Makes Him a Pinhead?
Tough one to say but i think he's stupid enough
- He keeps all the videos and evidence of his crimes, which could easily be use against him in court if they were found.
- In his death while panicking he screams "how do I do it" despite already being told that he needed to remove his eyes to do so by Jigsaw himself in a tape to save his life and that he already took out one of his eyes he just needed to do the same to the other one.
Is He Charismatic?
No, he's not, his lawyer was the reason why he got away with it and his pathetic attempt of getting mercy from Riggs shows that he doesn't have much charisma himself.
Is He Hatable
Despite him only appearing briefly he's proven himself to be a very hatable character due to him being a serial rapist who's only redeeming.
Other Potential Concerns
Fridge Logic?
Even within the movie's universe I'm pretty sure keeping the evidence of your crimes and asking how do you do it when it was clearly stated to you how to save your life is pretty stupid.
Intelligence?
While he did get a lawyer his actions later on heavily outweighs that, him keeping the evidence despite them being easily usable against him in court means it probably wouldn't take long before he's caught again and his incompetence causing his death at The Bedroom Trap.

A Weak Yes to Ivan Landsness but hey, you guys call the shots.
