What Makes Him Pathetic?[]
He unfairly arrests Brian twice, first for crashing his car (which was Kim), and second for vandalizing school property (which was Trent). Both of these events resulted in him getting kicked off his school's football team, ruining his chances of playing college football.

- He refused to let Brian go inside Trent's house to get Kim from his party to explain that she was the one who crashed his car.
- The whole reason he accuses Brian of crashing his car was because he played football, which was, needless to say, a stupid reason to accuse some for committing a crime. Even Brian pointed this out.
- While he had a somewhat valid reason to accuse Brian for vandalizing school property, considering that Trent who spraypainted "Brian Rules!" over some lockers, he never even considers Brian's argument had Kim and Trent were trying to frame him.
