PP Removal: Debt Collector (Chainsaw Man)
Thanks to Accounty for permission and here is the original proposal here. As much as I loathe this piece of crap, I don’t think he fits here.
He's not dumb enough. Simple. In fact he’s quite intelligent. He’s a high-ranking and well-respected mob boss who is smart enough to treat his close allies well and extort people for money, like forcing a young Denji to become a Devil Hunter for money. He has gotten away with his crimes for what is shown to be years (or sensibly we can assume decades given his age.) I think for a large majority of what he does, he is too intelligent and successful for the trope.
Now he does have one slightly stupid feat in selling his soul to the Zombie Devil for power, who would end up tricking him and using his body …
PP Removal: Mr. de la Cruz (13 Reasons Why)
Okay so I’m doing a removal for a character I proposed. I was already hesitant about him staying here when I approved him and after talking with some friends we’ve decided too axe him. I feel like he was written with the intentions of being a pathetic pinhead but failed (the opposite of his son who was meant to be a three-dimensional and sympathetic villain but ended up here anyway due to the incompetent writers of the show.) Thanks to my good friend Accounty the Sequel for permission.

Gonna leave my original proposal here that should give a basic sum-up of who he is and why I thought he qualified. I want to say first that I have no regret in making the or…

American Dad! Is a Seth Macfarlane sitcom similar to Family Guy that revolves around CIA agent Stan Smith doing various wacky escaped with his family around the town of Langley Falls
Memphis Stormfront (real name: Toledo Tornado) is a weatherman and a recurring character who is introduced as a love interest of Greg. For the most part he’s a forgettable character but in the episode “Echoes” where he has lost his sanity and become obsessed with an alien creature named B’Thazalon, wishing to summon it. He interns a young Steve at the Weather Station but he does a terrible job teaching Steve a…
PP Proposal: The Deep (The Boys TV Series)
Okay this proposal I’m not sure on and is way less cut and dry than my last few candidates. This is more of a discussion to see how many redeeming qualities as Pathetic Pinhead can have and I want this to be user opinionated. The Deep is a really complex character but has ALOT of pathetic and stupid traits so think he’s at least worth a discussion. Also while his arc is ongoing, we may not get another update for a long while and as of Season 4 he has solidified that he will never redeem himself. If he ends up getting accepted I am comfortable making a removal if his character unexpectedly goes in a different direction.

PP Proposal: Takou Shibuimaru (Death Note)
This is gonna be short because this guy has like 30 seconds of screentime. This is similar to my last proposal on the Thugs from a Serbian Film (who sadly won’t get a page anytime soon due to that Offensive Content Rule.) This guy is a toned down version of those characters tho. https://youtu.be/UFG03vYDkEk?si=n1XXpvdUpYLZj4r5
