Zayd:

Desmos:

Well, my hands are finally itching to make my first proposal on this wiki. And I have two villains on my review that, in my opinion, perfectly qualify for this status. So, I won't waste much time and will get straight to the point.
What's the work?[]
Reincarnation Colosseum - a manga written by Harawata Saizou and illustrated by Zunta, first available to the west via scanlation on January 15, 2023. The story features 15-year-old Mikagami Kouji coming home from school and enjoying his computer game but just before he goes to bed, he finds himself being whisked away to another world and face to face with High-priestess Zayd, She seems pleasant enough at first, until he's determined to have the despised "Copy" skill and nothing else. Zayd goes into a complete and total meltdown and then just summarily tosses him into the colosseum's prison where he learns from fellow prisoner Zulu the real-low down, how he's about to be sent into gladiatorial combat, expected to lose horribly, and even if he dies, he'd just get revived, so he can be gender-bent, enslaved to the woman who beat him, and she'd be magically given male genitals just so she could rape him, all sanctioned by the local law. Mikagami, however, is not an idiot. He's a pro, hard-core gamer, and against all odds, wins the fight, claiming the gladiatorial champion for himself, but this humiliates Zayd, who swears unholy vengeance and sends even worse opponents at him.
Zayd[]
Who is she?[]

Priestess Zayd is abusive aunt of Fine Catastrophe (originally Philly). She is the former master and benefactor of the Holy Four. Mikagami's sworn enemy, Desmos Salamandis' friend. She was an authoritative priestess and the head of the Colosseum, where she staged fights against the weaklings she hated and for her own sadism.
What makes her pathetic?[]
First of all, it should be said that Zayd has no justification for committing her horrible actions (which will be discussed later), and the only reason she has is her narcissism and desire to dominate others, as well as watch them suffer, since she finds them hilarious and use others to commit her dirty deeds. As you understand, this does not give her any real justification for committing her atrocities, which makes her not only petty, but also "Evil, because evil" (I do not consider her "hatred of weaklings", since this is obviously too hypocritical and ridiculously plays against her).
Another detail about her that I want to consider, so as not to mention her constantly, are her four serious deeds, or rather the crossing of the Moral Horizon of Events that she committed, among which are: responsibility for one terrible rule in the Colosseum, which states that if a man loses, he will become a woman and the winner's slave, which is comparable to a fate worse than death, since men actually suffer from such a fate, and feel impossibly humiliated and insulted, since they, in addition, are often subjected to torture or sexual violence after this; promoting social slavery in her world because of which a lot of people find themselves in a terrible state in their lives; blackmailing her nephew and abusing him when he was somewhere in his teens, threatening that if he did not do her dirty deeds for her, she would tell his parents that he was illegally using his magical powers, and then turning him into a cruel woman; bullying and torturing Mikagami Koji (the main character) just because he had no special skills other than weak copying abilities, and summoned him to her world without his permission, and planned to humiliate him and turn him into a woman, sadistically thinking about it, going so far as to imagine raping him in one of her artworks, which makes her a terrible pervert and ephebophile, since Mikagami is only 15 (not to mention that Mikagami became much worse because of her, turning into a perverted psychopath).
So now about her vile actions, which I will list in chronological order. The first is the continuation of the horrible treatment of her nephew (now niece). Of course, this is only assumed, but Zayd may have killed her nephew's parents, either when he had already become a formidable fighter, or after he became part of the Holy Four, since, given Zayd's personality and the possibility that Fine's parents could have opposed such a decision (and it is understandable why), this is entirely possible. Furthermore, she is also indirectly responsible for Fine being raped for three days in the future and becoming pregnant by Mikagami, as she was a woman and the Colosseum laws required the loser to be raped by their winner, although Zayd may not have turned him into a woman, as it is shown that men can fight in the Colosseum, but she did it to Fine purely for the sake of manipulating and bullying him, thus making him a scapegoat. Then there's her "friendship" with Desmos. While she is considered Desmos' "friend", there is no indication that Zayd sees Desmos as a friend, and in fact, given Zayd's personality, her "friendship" with Desmos is pragmatic anyway, as she is only friends with her because she, through Desmos, somehow still retains power, preventing the Colosseum and its rule from disappearing after she disgraced herself and ran away, abandoning her position. Even if she does not do this out of pragmatism, it is not a redeeming quality anyway, as it is based on mutual sadism and dominance, and therefore cannot be sincere. In general, it is worth saying that she uses everyone who is close to her, serves her or is loyal to her as pawns and shows no care or concern for them, since the only one who matters to her is herself, showing what a selfish woman she is at her core, who is willing to wear out any of her pawns just to maintain her power, which is why she recruited Mary Landrott, Marl Baroque and Alice Cotton, using their notable qualities (self-doubt, sadism and misandry). She imprisoned Zulu, one of her victims, and it is possible that he was a man whom Zayd turned into a woman and then raped or forced his subordinates to do so, which caused Zulu to have a personal vendetta against Zayd. Zayd is apparently very hypocritical as she considers normal humans and fighters who can copy abilities (or in short, weaklings) to be useless, but she is the epitome of this as she has never been shown fighting anyone and even passed on her crimes to others while she sat on her throne and did nothing, proving that she is a lazy person. Her laziness is also shown when she recruits Alexandros Byrne and gives him Chris Ena, seemingly forced against her will to fight, something she didn't even know she was doing, as a healer so that he could defeat Mikagami. It is revealed that she is sitting in her mansion in the garden, still trying to remotely dispose of Mikagami and regain her power. While she does seem to have some respect for the truly strong, this is most likely also hypocritical pragmatism aimed at simply recruiting more pawns for her use (She also showed dishonor herself when she began rewriting the rules of the Colosseum fights to not give Mikagami a chance to win, which is very mean and unfair). Although she developed insecure after Mikagami defeated the Holy Four, this is a karmic blow and not an actual sympathetic quality, as her insecurity was that she could lose her power and as a result, lose many dirty privileges. She successfully cowardly escaped arrest when they stopped taking her seriously and began to doubt her authority, so as not to suffer any punishment. She doesn't have any comedic timing like the other villains, and she's not really put in a bright light, with the characters taking her completely seriously most of the time.
Overall, Zayd is undoubtedly the most disgusting and hated character in the manga, not only in terms of her actions but also her personality, having absolutely no redeeming qualities, being shown as a hypocritical, psychopathic, narcissistic, cruel, mean priestess who is responsible for every bad thing that happened in the manga, whether directly, indirectly, mediated or caused by someone, and she herself feels no remorse for any of her misdeeds, but rather takes pride in them.
Redeeming qualities?[]
ZERO! This woman has nothing good or even anything positive, as has already been said, and she is considered an absolute monster, spitting on all those who even show her kindness or respect, always giving a "prize" of insults, saying what a "nobodies" you are. In fact, Zayd is the easiest candidate for the status of Pure Evil, because she meets all the criteria, even though she is still very pathetic (more on that later), since she at least has 40 percent competence and at the same time she has at least two successful missions behind her back, despite the failures.
Saving graces?[]
Aside from her good looks (which don't read as a saving grace, just a nice-to-have factor), she does have a few "Evil is Cool" moments where she goes into her villainous rages, but they're so few and short-lived that they don't make up for all the nastiness and hate she gets, which is a pretty minor factor. Other than that, there's not much else to her.
Incompetence and competence[]
While Zayd is a minor game changer and has moments of competence, such as manipulation, and is an extremely nasty threat, the other 60 percent of the time, Zayd exposes herself as a pathetic and stupid person, often making such obvious mistakes that she simply cannot be one hundred percent competent to prevent her from being classified.
Hateful?[]
Considering that she is on the Hate Sink wiki, the questions may immediately disappear. We can only say that she is very hated for the above and below listed reasons, not to mention that there are no people who would not agree that she is a real prick
What makes her pinhead?[]
First at all, when she lost all of the Holy Four, she blamed them for the defeat and insulted them all for being worthless, when in fact it was only her fault, as she herself is extremely bad at making a strategy to defeat Mikagami, the only thing she does is change the rules, which is useless, as it has no effect on Mikagami, as he used trickery as a way to win, and she has not learned from this mistake, continuing to do the same thing, which shows what an idiot she is. Also, Zayd, as mentioned, is extremely lazy and prefers to have everything done for her, which makes it no wonder why she can't do anything on her own and prefers to use dirty tactics or act like a coward since she's used to having everything done for her (not to mention she didn't even have a precaution where she didn't even take any precautions in case Mikagami defeated all of her pawns). She disgraced herself by showing her true colors, and then everyone immediately despised her for what a pathetic hypocrite she had been all along in the last battle of the Colosseum, and instead of trying to find some way to re-establish her authority and show herself bravely at least once in life, she gave up everything and ran away like a coward. Her foolish self-confidence was her undoing, as she thought that Mikagami would not be able to defeat him because he was a "weakling", which became her turning point when she couldn't think of doing something as clever to defeat Mikagami instead of changing the rules and wasting her pawns. She is not patient, as she does not listen at all to any prejudices or advice from others that could defeat her Mikagami, brushing them off.
Desmos Salamandis[]
Who is she?[]

Desmos Salamandis is a friend of Zayd, an aristocrat of the colosseum, and is Mikagami's owner on a technicality, although she does not own him fully since he has not lost a battle yet.
What makes her pathetic?[]
She does all her vile things simply because she enjoys being evil and that's it, and unlike Zayd, she doesn't have any long-term goals, but instead mindlessly commits one horrible crime after another.
During the meeting with Mikagami, she threatens and orders him to obey her, saying that she is strong and he is obliged to obey her, leaving out the fact that he was able to defeat about four powerful warriors while being a fairly weak warrior. She clearly tells him that he will never leave the Colosseum unless he dies or becomes her slave, clearly stating that she will be willing to spend a lot of time making Mikagami suffer forever from constant fighting, and she does so for an extremely pathetic reason. She strangles Luna, her fan who lost money at the Colosseum, for being a hypocrite, saying that she did nothing wrong and that she is a victim, and while that is true, her actions were incredibly extreme, going as far as to humiliate Luna as much as possible, despite the fact that she did nothing wrong to Desmos in return. It gets even worse when Luna asks her for help, when she finds herself completely broke, and Desmos continues to mock and bully her, completely ruining their friendship, showing what a toxic person she is, that even for lying, but simple words she is ready to completely humiliate anyone. This is not to mention that Desmos herself is friends with a man who embodies the concept of hypocrisy, but says nothing about Zayd, making her a hypocrite herself. And considering the fact that she threatened and bullied a 15 year old girl, it makes her even more pathetic. She was humiliated by Mikagami when he sent her away, refusing to participate in the battle she had caused between Alexandros Byrne and was ridiculed by the spectators.
Like Zayd, she has no comedic moments.
Redeeming qualities?[]
Desmos does at least have a bit sense of honor and one standard. As for her moments of honor: 1) She recognized Mikagami's perseverance and fortitude, and said that she should give credit for his spirit; 2) She spared and, to some extent, forgave Alexandros when he decided to keep his word about being her slave for a year if he lost the battle; 3) Even though it is more based on mutual sadism, and does not count as friendship, Desmos has respect for Zayd, as she considers her a "friend" by her word. Her standard is that she hates hypocrites who are unwilling to take responsibility for their vile actions and blame it on someone else. Although this makes Desmos somewhat honest, nevertheless, her splendid and mean nature is too great and makes these qualities insignificant, especially considering all of the above.
Saving graces?[]
Apart from her attractive appearance, there is nothing else about her.
Incompetence and competence[]
50/50. Although she is not completely incompetent and can make some smart decisions, she nevertheless has obvious moments of stupidity, and extremely critical ones at that.
Hateful?[]
While she is less hateful than Zayd, that doesn't mean Desmos is better than her, since she does all her evil for no real reason and she is downright "annoying" in that she is constantly making fun of someone, but either does nothing or does extremely pathetic things, which is definitely quite hateful.
What makes her pinhead?[]
Instead of doing it herself and putting an end to him, Desmos only taunts Mikagami, but is too lazy and probably cowardly to engage in combat with Mikagami, as if she loses she could lose her power and become his slave, which is why her snobbish replies are pretty stupid in this context. She doesn't employ any clever strategy to achieve her goal when Mikagami fights someone, instead just sitting and watching the fight. In general, due to her barbaric and angry behavior, she easily becomes stupid and loses her temper in situations when she is ridiculed or when she needs to show herself in all her glory.
Verdict[]
Easy yes for both of them
